Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a non-invasive discipline that helps individuals develop, maintain and restore maximum body movement and physical function.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture entails stimulating certain points on the body, most often with a needle penetrating the skin, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions.

Massage Therapy

With their touch, massage therapists relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of their clients.

Infrared Sauna

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps (that use electromagnetic radiation) to warm your body directly.
